Dr. Ramanarayanan is an experienced antitrust expert and an adjunct associate professor of competitive strategy at the UCLA Anderson School of Management. He has extensive experience advising clients on antitrust reviews of proposed mergers and acquisitions before federal (FTC and DOJ) and state antitrust agencies. Dr. Ramanarayanan is particularly experienced in the analysis of large and complex transactions, including advising on horizontal, vertical, and cross-market issues raised by antitrust agencies in such matters.
Mr. Meghames provides best-in-class advice in valuation, intellectual property, and transfer pricing matters. His work spans a plethora of industries for which he has provided economic expertise in the context of advisory services as well as in disputes, litigation, and international arbitration. He has extensive experience designing and implementing complex systems and models driving the allocation of profits within multinational companies.
Mr. Schönborn is an expert in energy markets, regulation, and infrastructure. He believes the application of economic first principles is the best guide in identifying solutions to the complex problems of today’s energy sector. Mr. Schönborn provides expert testimony and helps clients navigate complex commercial arbitration and litigation involving contractual disputes and antitrust matters.
