Tarek Badrakhan has assisted in preparing quantum and damages assessments for disputes before a number of courts including ICSID, ICC, PCA, and SIAC. His case experience covers breach of contract disputes and government interventions and spans numerous geographies including the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and South America. He has worked on cases across a number of sectors including energy, transport infrastructure (such as airports and roads), oil and gas, real estate, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing.

Mr. Badrakhan also specialises in regulatory economics and has advised governments, companies, and regulators on price control reviews and appeals for gas, electricity, water, and air transport in the UK, Europe, and Asia. He has advised infrastructure investors by providing regulatory due diligence in the energy and air transport sectors in Europe and the Middle East, including regulatory analysis and political landscape analysis.
