Erin Johnson specializes in antitrust and labor economics. In antitrust, Dr. Johnson has assessed potential liability and damages in cases involving allegations of price fixing, wage fixing, no poach agreements, vertical restraint, and tying. In labor, she has worked on matters involving alleged breach of contract, employment discrimination, and industrial economic loss. Her experience spans a number of industries including agricultural products, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, industrial products, and big tech. Dr. Johnson has served as an expert in class action litigation and single plaintiff litigation cases.

Prior to joining NERA, Dr. Johnson was a faculty member at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management and at Wellesley College, where she taught courses in microeconomics and industrial organization. Her academic research focused on economic incentives and labor market issues in healthcare. Dr. Johnson is affiliated with the American Economic Association and the American Bar Association.
