In the arena of bid strategy, Mr. Martin provides strategic advice to firms involved in high-stakes auctions. His experience spans a range of industries and auction formats, including Simultaneous Multiple-Round Auctions (SMRA), clock auctions, Combinatorial Clock Auctions (CCA), and sealed-bid auctions. In market design projects, Mr. Martin uses economics to devise mechanisms for the efficient allocation of assets. Internally, Mr. Martin is responsible for maintaining NERA’s global spectrum auctions database.
