Barbara Rollinson specializes in the economic analysis of transfer pricing issues. She has provided guidance to US and foreign-based multinational corporations and various tax authorities to assist with tax planning, documentation, controversy, and Advance Pricing Arrangements.

Prior to joining NERA, Dr. Rollinson was a Managing Director at Horst Frisch Incorporated. She also served as the Director of International Taxation in the US Treasury's Office of Tax Analysis. During her tenure at the Treasury, she led the US delegation to the task force that produced the OECD's 1994 Transfer Pricing Guidelines.

Dr. Rollinson has spoken at conferences on diverse topics related to international taxation and published articles in journals such as the National Tax Journal and the Journal of Global Transfer Pricing.
