Linnéa Marie Rohde works with public and private energy sector clients across Europe to address the challenges of the energy transition, decarbonization plans, and the energy crisis. Dr. Rohde believes rigorous economic analysis, the clear and accessible communication of complex economic issues, and the intuition behind key analysis results are crucial.
Dr. Rohde provides economic analysis of energy markets and regulatory frameworks, advice on market design, econometric data analysis, financial modeling, and damages valuation. Her work currently focuses on the natural gas sector and the evolving hydrogen sector in Europe. Most recently, she has worked on several consulting projects on market design for hydrogen transport networks in Germany and Europe. She has also supported clients in arbitrations related to the impact of the energy crisis on natural gas markets and natural gas prices in Germany.
During her postgraduate degree, Dr. Rohde focused on political economy, microeconomic theory, and behavioral economics.
