Mr. Reffray is involved in the preparation of transfer documentation and the provision of benchmarking analyses to evaluate the arm’s length nature of a transaction. He has worked in the design and implementation of transfer pricing policies including residual profit split model and cost sharing arrangements. He regularly uses various software solutions to manage large datasets, implement financial analysis, and deliver clients with fully automatized and customized transfer pricing solutions.
