Khalil Sabourian advises a diverse range of clients including law firms, regulators, publicly traded companies, and public sector bodies on complex and contentious issues in the transport and infrastructure sectors (rail, road, and air). Mr. Sabourian has conducted critical analysis on cost inflation forecasting, damages estimation in litigation cases, regulatory frameworks, policy appraisal and evaluation, sampling and extrapolation, and demand forecasting and estimation.

Mr. Sabourian developed an econometric model to assess cost inflation of different future macroeconomic scenarios during high profile work on inflation forecasting for High Speed 2 (which had an overall budget of £100 billion). He also advised a prominent law firm on a high-stakes litigation case in relation to the European truck cartel by econometrically estimating cost pass-on, demand elasticity, and lost profits.
