Peter Traber specializes in economic analysis for litigation, regulatory actions, and compliance in consumer financial services and antitrust matters. He offers consulting services in class certification, damages analysis, regulatory issues, policy assessment, cost-benefit analysis, and fair lending across various consumer financial service industries.

Mr. Traber has experience in auction strategy, implementation, public policy, competition, and pricing, particularly during the 5G era, advising on both combinatorial and non-combinatorial auction formats. In the energy sector, he has advised on gas pipeline capacity auctions and managed solar renewable energy certificate processes.

 

Prior to rejoining NERA, Mr. Traber completed doctoral coursework and received a MSc in Managerial Economics and Strategy at Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. As a graduate student, he also served as a teaching assistant for MBA classes in Pricing Strategy, Competitive Strategy and Industrial Structure, and Game Theory.
