Erdem Yenerdag provides expert economic analysis in complex litigation disputes and antitrust matters within the communications, internet, and high-technology sectors. He has supported expert testimony in courts in the United States and in international arbitrations. Dr. Yenerdag oversees and engages in all stages of economic research, from designing analyses to writing expert reports and white papers and presenting findings to clients.

Prior to joining NERA, Dr. Yenerdag was a research scientist at Meta, where he focused on the digital economy and examined the economic implications of blockchain and web3 technologies, as well as market design for online platforms. His doctoral dissertation focused on market design problems in two-sided markets, aiming to develop mechanisms that achieve competitive market outcomes. Additionally, Dr. Yenerdag specialized in machine learning during his applied mathematics master’s program.
