NERA is delighted to partner with Paris Arbitration Week 2024 (PAW), which will take place 18–22 March. In its eighth edition, PAW brings together the international arbitration community for a week of professional and academic debates. Last year, PAW drew more than 10,000 global participants. NERA will once again host two events—both in-person on Wednesday, 20 March—as part of PAW’s robust programming.

In this seminar titled “Cross-Examine Your Damages Expert,” NERA Senior Managing Director Christian Dippon and Director Ralph Meghames, along with Allen & Overy Partner Marie Stoyanov, Jeantet Associate Joséphine Hage Chahine, and Three Crowns LLP Associate Thomas Dauvillier, will use a cross-examination exercise to share their insights on maximizing the impact of the experts’ role in international arbitration.
