NERA Economic Consulting, in partnership with Monckton Chambers and Omni Bridgeway, is proud to host the 5th Annual UK Competition Litigation Conference on 7 December at the ME Hotel.
The event will include a keynote address by Chairman at the UK Competition Appeal Tribunal Mr. Ben Tidswell, highlighting current trends and future outlooks in competition litigation.
The conference will cover six insightful sessions, with contributions from NERA consultants on three prominent topics. Senior Managing Director Grant Saggers will participate in the panel “Key Cases of 2023 and a Look Forward,” examining the key litigation decisions of 2023 and anticipated cases for 2024. During the session “Dealing with Dominance,” Director Adrien Cervera-Jackson will lead discussions on market dominance, including insights into upcoming regulatory changes and the CMA’s recent pricing investigations. Finally, Managing Director Dr. Nicola Tosini will chair the “National Securities and Investments Act 2021” session, which delves into the complexities introduced by the National Securities and Investments Act 2021 and its effects on merger advice.
