On 27 October, NERA Managing Director Dr. Will Taylor will speak at the Electricity Matters Spring Workshop Series hosted by Aurora Energy, Orion, Powerco, Unison, Vector, and Wellington Electricity and facilitated by farrierswier. Dr. Taylor will speak in the session “Bouncing Around: Using Flexibility in the Right Way” alongside Australian National University Head of Engagement, Battery Storage and Grid Integration Program Andrew Fraser and farrierswier Director Eli Grace-Webb.

The panel will explore:

• The link between flexibility and systems thinking;
•  What is needed to extract value from flexibility;
• Who values flexibility most; and
• Barriers to using flexibility optimally.
