On 12 October, NERA Senior Managing Director Dr. Jeffrey A. Eisenach spoke on an American Enterprise Institute (AEI) webinar titled “Net Neutrality: Revisiting the Repeal.” Dr. Eisenach and the panel discussed the Federal Communications Commission’s (FCC’s) consideration to restore net neutrality in the form of internet regulation. Dr. Eisenach was joined by FCC Commissioner Brendan Carr, Aalborg University Professor Dr. Roslyn Layton, and AEI Senior Fellows Mark Jamison and Daniel Lyons.
