Director Stephanie Child and Consultant Molly Sapia will speak at INTA’s 2024 Annual Meeting taking place 18–22 May in Atlanta. Dr. Child’s table topic “The Use of Control Groups for Establishing Causality in Lanham Act Surveys” will be held on 19 May at 1:00 pm EDT. Dr. Sapia will host the table topic “Likelihood of Confusion Surveys in Trademark and Trade Dress Disputes,” covering the characteristics of a properly designed litigation survey for measuring the likelihood of trademark or trade dress confusion, on 21 May at 1:00 pm EDT.
