On 23 February, NERA Senior Managing Director Yves Hervé will present at the Tax Conference of the German Economy 2024 in Berlin sponsored by Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung. Dr. Hervé will moderate a transfer pricing panel involving heavyweights from the German industry and tax administration. The focus will lie on the consideration of DEMPE contributions in globalized value chains and implications for dispute resolution. The panel includes Mark Bentz, Mercedes-Benz AG, Harald Dewert, Schaeffler AG, Arnim Hilse, Federal Central Tax Office, Prof. Dr. Ekkehart Reimer, University of Heidelberg, and Tim Sütter, Nestlé Germany.
