From 18–20 July, Managing Director Dr. Vladimir Starkov, Affiliated Consultant Dr. Barbara Rollinson, and Senior Managing Director Sarah Butler will speak on panels at the 13th Annual NABE Transfer Pricing Symposium.

On 18 July, Dr. Starkov will participate in the “TP Debate.” He will discuss the implications of recent inflation levels on the structuring and management of intercompany loans.

On 19 July, Dr. Rollinson will partake in a panel commemorating the 100th anniversary of the arm's length principle. The panel aims to review guiding principles and assess common transfer pricing approaches. The discussion will delve into the applications and misapplications of the Berry ratio, including its comparison with the operating margin in various industries.

Additionally, Ms. Butler will participate in the panel “TP Challenge: Application of Tools and Techniques by Non-TP Economists to TP Analyses.” The symposium will cover the most relevant economic topics in transfer pricing, including the latest technical thinking in this area.
