On 12 March, Senior Managing Director Richard Druce will speak at the 3rd Annual ESG Litigation Summit 2025 in a session titled “Evaluating the First Successful Greenwashing Cases.” Mr. Druce will discuss the role economics can play in greenwashing cases, such as evaluating the potential for environmental claims to affect customers’ decisions. He will also discuss the role economics can play in other types of ESG litigation, such as evaluating the likely impacts of restrictions imposed on companies or industries through climate-related legal actions. 

Mr. Druce will speak alongside Clyde & Co Partner Wynne Lawrence, Loyens & Loeff Senior Associate Marit Bosselaar, Rubicon Head of Impact and Litigation Frank Peters, and Eversheds Sutherland Partner Louise Howarth.
